You can’t see anti-matter using the naked eye, but we can see various effects that tell us that it’s there. You have various scientific techniques that rely on being able to use anti-matter, such as positron annhilation spectroscopy! Within my job we create anti-matter everyday since we use the positive muon (or anti-muon) for our research to study materials. I think creating the anti-matter equivalent of the leptons is much easier then some of the other particles which are way more exotic.
