      I love science, but also hiking and being out and about – I am an active person and love being in nature. I love also reading, cooking and a good movie or theater play with a good company.

      I enjoy doing science but outside of that I enjoy running and going to the gym. I also like socialising with friends and getting out of the city for short breaks, I really like going to the Lake district for hiking when I can.

      Although I spend a lot of time doing science, it’s not my life. I make sure that I have other things to take pleasure in. In my spare time, I restore classic cars and I ride around on my motorbike. Music is also a big part of my life, I play guitar and have amassed a nice collection, I also spend a lot of time listening to music and when I get in from work, you’ll always find something spinning on me deck.

      Outside of the lab, I like spending time with my friends and family, doing yoga, reading… I like hiking and being in the countryside but I don’t get loads of time to get out of London and do that sadly.
