• Question: Is it easier to work alone or in a team

      I think it depends on the project. I work alone most of the time which is nice as you can organise your time how you want and have loads of freedom. But, it is really nice getting to work with other people and it can make a project a bit more fun.

    I think it is important to be able to work alone and in a team as a scientist, then depending on a personality, you prefer one or another. Scientists belong to a scientific community and we are a team to try to understand world around us. We need to work together and be collaborative, as everyone has different skills and is better in one thing or another.
