Question: what about enzymes do you like the most?

I find it really amazing that an enzyme, which is essentially just a large molecule made of lots of different building blocks (called amino acids), are able to have such specific functions. It’s impossible to predict the function based on the sequence alone, so I find it fascinating learning why certain aspects of the sequence lead to the enzyme having a particular structure and function.
