People who are using their mobile phones like texting and browsing while walking and listening to music in the same time. They walk very slowly, then do not walk straight and often changing directions… It is impossible to overtake them and they are very dangerous for bikes for instance.

People that hog the outside lane in the motorway, even when the inside lanes are free and they’re only travelling at 60mph……!!!!
