Question: What is the most interesting thing about your job ??

The thing I find the most interesting is probably actually helping other people crystallise their proteins. This is a bit of a double edged sword, as obviously it can be quite time consuming, but I actually learn so much more because I’m working with different types of proteins and they all behave differently!
