Great question…I love cooking and baking. They’re very much related to science. I think I’m quite a good baker and I’m sure that’s because I’m an organic chemist. I’m quite good at weighing things out precisely and following recipe’s closely (just like we follow experimental methods!!)
I also really like baking – it’s kinda like doing easy, fun labs and at you get to eat something nice at the end! I guess I’ve always liked making things and I also really enjoy pottery.
